I am a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, and started Hepp CRE after 8 years in the business with $19 million in closed sales and $23 million in closed lease transactions since 2022, specializing in:

I am former Team USA Athlete with the Canoe/Kayak Whitewater Slalom Team. During my 11 years on the team, I won the Nationals twice, was a 3x Olympic Alternate, and won a Silver Medal in a 2000 World Cup. I also raced the famous "Green Race" 8 times.  After graduating from Western Carolina University, my athletic career led to a unique path of opening and operating whitewater parks. I've held positions as the Paddlesports Director with the U.S. National Whitewater Center, Vice President of RIVERSPORT Adventures with the Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation, the site of the 2028 Olympics, and a development partner in Alabama's Montgomery Whitewater Park, owned and operated by Montgomery County, AL.
